In 2024, I visited Peru and decided to create a digital travelogue combining photography and lettering. The lettering reflects the vibrant character of Peru with the lively colours found in urban and natural environments, whereas the rough edges and uneven curbes speak for the harsh reality and the more brutal facets of the country.
All photos are shot on 35mm film and all lettering and decorative assets are hand painted in acrylic gouache.
